Advantages of credit

Advantages and disadvantages of credit
Credit is something everyone uses. When you use the telephone or turn on light or gas you are using credit.
Using something while you pay for it. The main advantage is that you can enjoy using something you need as you pay for it. For example, when you want to buy something expensive that you can’t afford to pay for all at once, a credit card is ideal. Another advantage is being able to get money quickly such as unexpected costs of car repairs or health.
On the other hand, using credit also has some disadvantages. In spite of the fact that credit helps us to receive goods, services or money now and pay for them in the future, credit almost always costs money, like the rate of interest and extra fees. Furthermore using credit can become a habit and encourages overspending. For instance, by simply having a credit card available, a person is likely to spend more when shopping than when paying cash for everything.
In brief, credit has both pros and cons. If you use credit well you can get something you can’t afford now.
